Logicom participate at the New Engineering Foundation seminar
The first fellows to complete their engineering industry placements through the New Engineering Foundation (NEF) Fellowship Scheme received their commendations at a ceremony at the Institute of Directors, London, SW1, on the 11th January. Ninety people attended the event and heard a wide variety of presentations from lecturers, industry and also a keynote address from the Minister for Science and Innovation, Lord Sainsbury.
NEF is an independent and strategically focused organisation that works with key partners and stakeholders to ensure that the UK modern engineering industries have continued access, now and in the future, to the skills and talent they require.
Logicom's New Media Director, Majid Al-Kader gave a presentation to demonstrate our technological expertise in 3D game-based training and e-Learning solutions. During the seminar, Majid was awarded a certificate on behalf of Logicom for it's support of the scheme and its continuing work with the College of North West London.
