HSA - Pulse

HSA - PulsePULSE processes new business, facilitates alterations, pays claims and manages customer and corporate accounts. HSA required a solution that measured the performance of staff using the Pulse system.

This e-Learning solution reflects what jobholders are required to do in the workplace when using the PULSE system. It takes into account the profile of the target audience in both its design and development, whilst also providing a user-friendly and encouraging training programme that can be used by new and experienced staff.

The application is designed to show users what the processes, procedures, and transactions involve, whilst at the same time it provides them with the opportunity to demonstrate how to use the functionality of the PULSE screens in an appropriate manner. In addition, users work through business-specific scenarios in order to demonstrate their competence of using the new system, the number of which depends on the variations within each business process and the extent to which they reinforce and assess the learning objectives.
