VIRTUAL SHOWHOUSE
Virtual Showhouse is a system designed to enable house builders and developers to allow their customers to visualise their new homes. It is laid out and operates just like a web site, which makes it intuitive and simple to use both for your customers and for your staff.
Showhouse has three main areas of operation to help your business and your customers:
Specifying
Where the consumer has a choice of options these can be selected, viewed in true virtual reality and high resolution images can be produced in seconds.
- In kitchens, for example, the consumer can automatically change: units, both door design and finish; door handles; worktops; wall and floor tiles; wall emulsion colours ; hobs, ovens or taps.
- In bathrooms, complete tile layouts can be changed with a "click".
- The system stores all the data - down to the last tile!
Client Contracts
Virtual Showhouse has an "administrator" section where your staff can record the options selected by site/development; by plot; and by client. Contracts for décor options, both Standard and Upgrade, can be produced as a record of commitment between developer and client.
Administration
The data for each client contract can be used by the system to generate confirming purchase orders on manufacturers and suppliers. The client's file can be shared throughout the developer's organisation. Logicom can configure the handling of output data to the developer's individual requirements on a consultancy basis. The company is actively involved in meeting the requirements of e-BizXML, the industry's working party on e-commerce communications.
